    Conference 2020 – Life, Time and Eternity

    Friday 8th May

    19:15 – Welcome and house rules – Cadbury Room
    19:30 – A speaker from a Christian perspective
    20:30 – Breakout groups
    21:20 – Break
    21:30 – Epilogue – Cadbury Room

    Saturday 9th May
    07:45 to 09:00 – BREAKFAST
    08:30 to 09.00 – Meeting for Worship – Quiet Room
    09:15 – Sharada Sugirtharajah – from a Hindu perspective
    10:15 – Tea/coffee
    10:55 – Regather in Cadbury Room
    11:00 – Murray Corke – from a Buddhist perspective
    12:00 – Breakout groups
    13:00 – LUNCH

    Free time

    15:30 – A speaker from a Muslim perspective (from the Al Mahdi Institute)
    16:30 – Conference photo – Cadbury Room
    16:45 – Tea/coffee
    17:15 – QUG AGM – Cadbury Room
    18:15 – DINNER
    19:45 – Music, poetry and prose in the Cadbury Room or practical meditation session in the Quiet Room
    21:30 – Epilogue – Cadbury Room

    Sunday 10th May
    08:00 to 09:00 – BREAKFAST
    09:00 to 09:30 – Meeting for Worship – Cadbury Room
    09:30 – for those departing today all rooms should be clear by 09:30
    09:45 – Julian Barbour – from a Scientific perspective
    10:45 – Tea/coffee
    11:15 – Breakout groups
    12:00 – Plenary session, led by Peter Varney – drawing things together from an anthropological perspective
    13:15 – LUNCH and departure
